I am starting my 30th year of teaching and 19th year at Tanner. I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Athens State University and my two Master's Degrees from Alabama A &M university.
I have been married to my wonderful husband, Ricky, for 31 years. My daughter, Rebecca, is married and teaches Chemistry and Forensics at James Clemons. My son, Nathan, is an electrician at Nucor in Decatur and is getting married in the spring. I live in the country and have 2 horses, a cat and 3 dogs. Our family loves to camp, ride bikes, and hike.
